Homelitel Management operates within the built environment sector as a specialist consultant and operator of residential Build-to-Rent communities.

Launched in January 2025, the business was founded to create a simpler, more conscious approach to renting for both clients and residents. A key ambition from the outset has been to bring a more environmentally aware and socially responsible approach to the management of rental communities. For our business to succeed, we recognise the need to play an active role in improving the real estate sector’s impact on the planet and its communities.

Homelitel is committed to demonstrating a sector-leading approach to sustainability at corporate, portfolio, and asset levels.

Mobile Jungle

All our devices and hardware are refurbished to Grade A standard and supplied by Mobile Jungle, a retailer of recycled and refurbished mobile phones. Electronics generate 50 million tonnes of waste each year, much of it ending up in landfill.

No Printing Policy

As a general rule, we do not print anything. Our teams are equipped with tablets and other digital tools to carry out their work efficiently without the need for paper. Where printing is unavoidable, we use 100% recycled paper stock.

No Single-Use Plastics

The ten most commonly found single-use plastic items on European beaches, along with fishing gear, make up 70% of all marine litter in the EU. We only procure and use consumables that do not contain single-use plastics in their product or packaging.

Travel & Expenses

Our commitment to reducing our carbon footprint is reflected in our travel and expense policy, which encourages smarter travel choices. The HQ team works remotely and only travels when necessary to enhance service for our clients and residents. All flights we take are carbon positive, and we actively participate in the Cycle to Work scheme.

Living Wage

We are committed to providing good jobs for good people, with fair pay. We pay at least the national and London living wage, depending on where our employees are based.

Procurement

We only work with suppliers who meet the highest standards of sustainability, climate consciousness, and environmental responsibility.

Change happens through positive action. That is why we have formed strategic partnerships and are implementing initiatives across our business to provide our clients and residents with the most sustainable service.
